Terms of Service

Updated August 31, 2026

These terms cover this website, the Traction Memo, and the PowerSell waitlist. Client engagements run under their own signed agreements. Using the site means you accept what follows.

Who you are dealing with

Traction IT operates this site from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Reach us at contact@traction.it.com.

What this site is

This site describes our services and lets you start a conversation: send a brief, subscribe to the Memo, or join the PowerSell waitlist. Client work runs under a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

The Memo and the waitlist

  • Both are free. Leave whenever you like with the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Joining the PowerSell waitlist reserves nothing. It signals interest, and we decide access, timing, and pricing when the product opens.
  • We can pause or retire the Memo or the waitlist at any time.

What you send us

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. Our Privacy Policy covers what happens to it. Keep the forms for their purpose: no spam, no malware, no submitting someone else's details as your own.

Our content

The words, design, images, and code on this site belong to Traction IT unless credited otherwise. Quote us with attribution, share links freely, and let your AI assistant read the summary we publish for that purpose. Republishing whole pages or reselling the content needs our written permission.

No guarantees, no advice

Content here is general information about how we work. It is not legal, financial, or investment advice. Results we describe, like meetings booked or replies earned, come from specific engagements; yours will depend on your market, your offer, and your follow-through.

Acceptable use

  • Do not interfere with how the site runs or probe it for weaknesses.
  • Do not scrape at a volume that degrades the site for everyone else.
  • Do not use the site or its forms for anything unlawful.
  • Do not misrepresent who you are in a submission.

Links to other services

Links on this site, including the Claude and ChatGPT links in the footer, take you to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.

Disclaimer and limits on liability

The site comes as is and as available. To the maximum extent the law allows, Traction IT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim connected to it is capped at one hundred Canadian dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes belong to the courts of Ontario.
